Job Location: Long Island, New York
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 a year
Job Description
• Work with Senior Leadership Team to define Pursuit culture • Own employee experience from onboarding to exit management • Manage personnel policies, performance management, and compensation • Develop hiring and recruitment strategy • Support department managers in personnel and recruitment matters • Ensure compliance with legislation and legal interface
Qualifications
• 7-9 years of HR leadership experience • 10-12 years of overall HR experience, preferably in tech industry • Experience leading HR/people operations • Broad HR experience in recruitment, benefits, compensation, and professional development
