Program Manager, Business Operations

Job Description

• As a Program Manager at Zuora, you will be a key player in leading and managing our strategic IT initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs that align with our business objectives. • You will play a pivotal role in overseeing key strategic initiatives and programs within the organization, ensuring a seamless and value-driven approach to project management and program execution.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic program management leadership, operations and value realization. Plus experience with Sprint, Agile and Jira is key. • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change in a dynamic environment.
