Director/Head of Information Security

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director/Head of Security to lead and manage our security operations. • The ideal candidate is a dynamic and proactive leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Lead and manage the security team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent people management and leadership skills. • Proven ability to develop and implement effective security strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
