Temporary Sales Recruiter
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Job Description
• Building candidate pipeline through outbound sourcing efforts, job postings and events. • Achieving daily and weekly metrics for sourcing, screens and accepted offers. • Creating, engaging and nurturing a network of sales talent in the South Jordan, Utah area. • Conducting initial screens with sales talent and working closely with them throughout the interview process. • Scheduling interviews and tracking everything accurately in Lever, our ATS. • Communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process to provide updates, make sure nothing slips through the cracks, an ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
• Have at least 1 years of experience in recruiting, with a demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive hiring goals. • Have experience recruiting for an early-stage company that is still in the process of building brand awareness. • Are proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting technologies. • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Embody a strong sense of urgency and have high levels of attention to detail. • Are a strong storyteller with the ability to communicate the company’s vision and mission. • Have the desire to help build something from the ground up! • Please Note: This position is fully onsite in our San Francisco office 5 days per week supporting hiring in Utah • Please Note: This is a 3 month temporary position with potential to extend.
