Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Description

• The Senior Technical Product Manager is responsible for leading and managing the design, implementation, optimization and support of our restaurant network platform • This role requires a strategic leader who can balance network infrastructure with a product management mindset • Works closely with stakeholders including technology leaders, functional partners, franchisees, vendors and across the Yum ecosystem to deliver the best solutions to the entire system

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, advanced degree, particularly an MBA, is preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 7+ years of experience in network and software distribution • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, security best practices, and software deployment strategies • Experience with software distribution tools and technologies • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to lead, coach, develop and direct virtual technology team members in a collaborative environment • Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting • Relevant certifications (e.g. CCIE, ITIL) are a plus • Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus
