Associate Production Editor, Strategic Partnerships

Job Description

• Assist Fortune’s director of production and strategic partnerships team with production needs, including building, sourcing images, packaging, etc., and optimization for maximum engagement. • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to report and fix bugs, as well as develop new website features, functionalities, and templates. • Ensure links, formatting, and other aspects of production work uphold our editorial standards. • Coordinate with the newsroom for project managing key editorial franchises, producing sponsored editorial article series, and liaising with the Integrated Marketing team. • Assist in the expansion of Fortune’s strategic partnerships portfolio.

Qualifications

• Has relevant experience producing projects for a newsroom. • Can build and work with editors on initiatives that adhere to Fortune’s standards of journalistic rigor, accuracy, and fairness. • Is meticulous with a keen eye for detail; has experience proofing and/or copyediting and can spot and fix copy errors quickly and efficiently. • Can work quickly and juggle multiple assignments at once and can implement feedback promptly and effectively. • Has experience publishing and producing in a CMS.
