Marketing Operations Manager

Job Description
• Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and optimize campaign performance • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred) • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations in B2B SaaS • Certification in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus
