AVP Outreach & Enrollment

Job Description

• Fill gross and net caring capacity with an objective and clear top decile participant experience, staff experience, and financial/growth performance • Hire, develop, inspire, and invest in the successful careers of top-talent MOE Directors and other O&E roles • Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders in community partnerships, senior housing, government/regulators, and other referral sources • Direct and coordinate all intake and enrollment activities and processes, including identifying and implementing improvements to drive efficiency and conversion • Ensure pipelines (leads, assessments, and approvals) support enrollment objectives • Partner closely with the WelbeHealth Launch Team in the successful opening of new sites • Ensure WelbeHealth operates "beyond reproach" in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations • Share and lead replication of best practices across other programs

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in enrollment, sales, or business development leadership at a value-based provider, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid program • Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members • Healthcare experience required, PACE experience and/or local market experience preferred • Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends; periodic travel for executive and team meetings will be required • Must be willing and able to be onsite in WelbeHealth centers or community 50%+ of days • Demonstrated performance overseeing and inspiring a culturally and professionally diverse team • Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects
