• Setting strategic direction for ML infrastructure teams • Developing long-term ML Infra vision in the era of Generative AI • Coaching and mentoring engineering leaders • Working with customers to understand and address their needs • Setting specific goals and driving continuous improvement • Building and deploying mechanisms to enhance ML workflows and culture • Hiring and developing top ML infra talent globally

Qualifications

• Led multiple single-threaded teams in orgs of around 100 people • Written vision documents for organizations and mapped multi-year roadmaps • Demonstrated experience in ML training pipelines and optimization • Built and maintained ML training pipelines at scale • Experience in Generative AI and model distillation for foundation models • Expertise in common ML modeling techniques and optimization • Led large-scale distributed systems and continuous improvement initiatives
