Growth & CRM Marketing Manager, VaynerCommerce

Job Description

• You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing email/SMS marketing programs to help clients scale their business as well as support other holistic growth initiatives. • Develop email, and SMS communications for promotional, life-cycle, and transactional emails and work with the Growth team members to implement best practices in marketing communications and data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in developing and managing email marketing programs. • Experience in direct-to-consumer growth, touching various parts of the conversion funnel including acquisition, retention, and on-site performance • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to meet all deadlines. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data, make recommendations and then take action accordingly. • Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and outside-of-the-box thinker looking to tie programs to measurable business results • You’re hungry to learn, always looking for mentorship, and aren’t afraid to suggest new ideas. • Some experience in Klaviyo is desirable but not required. • Some experience with eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, is desirable but not required.
