Graphic Designer, Performance Creative (VaynerCommerce)

Job Description

• As a Performance Graphic Designer you will support the VaynerCommerce creative team with a focus on executing high level, high volume static ads for social media platforms. • Improve the creative workflow process, including finding efficiencies in leveraging templates while still maintaining creativity • Make fresh and exciting thumb-stopping ads • Manage rapid fire requests and tight timelines • Own projects from brief to completion and incorporate feedback into thoughtful final assets

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience, with a demonstrable passion for making compelling creative content • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns • Advanced experience with Illustrator and Photoshop. Intermediate experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma is a plus. • Shines in a dynamic environment, collaborate with teammates, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive results
