Chief of Staff

Job Description

• As a Chief of Staff at Yellow, you will be the force multiplier for the CEO, partnering directly with our founder/CEO on a day-to-day basis to support high-priority topics. • You will proactively identify areas where you can step in to assist or independently manage tasks to alleviate the CEO’s workload. • This role requires a love for complex problem-solving in high-stakes situations and the ability to handle a variety of tasks, from market analysis to reviewing legal documents to managing marketing campaigns. • In this role, you will have the exceptional opportunity to work closely with a serial entrepreneur who has successfully created and exited a company (Adio Inc, an AI/ML company sold to Target) and served as a senior product leader at Google.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. • Strong and intuitive understanding of the AI/ML space. • 1-3 years proven experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in new situations. • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of discretion and professionalism.
