Salary: $107,783 - $129,345 a year

Job Description

• Workday Reporting: Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports to support business needs. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Workday reports. • Provide training and support to end-users on how to generate and interpret reports. • HRIS: Partner closely with Systems Engineering to optimize Workday, Greenhouse, and any other people systems • Serve as the People lead on anything systems related, i.e. leading the first round of testing on key initiatives and ensuring PRDs reflect all business requirements • Ad hoc analytics: Serve as the go-to for all day-to-day People analytics • Partner with the Analytics team to design and implement people analytics dashboards/ broader analytics needs (i.e. ‘sprint’ analytics) • Provide data-driven insights to support people-wide operations and initiatives. • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. • Compensation Analyst: Conduct compensation-related analyses, including salary benchmarking, pay equity studies, and market competitiveness • Manage survey submissions and ensure accurate and timely participation in compensation surveys. • Support executive compensation analyses, including preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Workday Reporting Experience • Strong analytical skills with in depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets • Solid understanding of Workday system configuration including business processes, reporting, and calculated fields • Proactive mindset • Strong communication skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Attention to detail
