Job Description

• The Senior Account Manager, Enterprise role at Airwallex involves working with platform teams on exciting clients through API implementation, go-live, and post-go-live phases • You will collaborate with multiple internal teams including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy • Project manage complex customer projects • Serve as a customer advocate • Ensure the best customer experience and onboarding process • Report performance against KPIs and targets

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology sales or account management of enterprise accounts • Experience in fintech is advantageous • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to build meaningful, collaborative relationships • Strong problem-solving skills • Success-oriented and driven • Technically minded with experience in API sales or account management
