Account Executive, National Accounts
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 a year
Job Description
• Drive sales and build value in competitive situations • Manage long-term relationships with large enterprise clients • Collect and analyze prospect feedback and requests • Communicate effectively across multiple departments and with customers • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Work closely with sales enablement, consultant relations, solutions consultants, and more to hit revenue goals
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling into large enterprise accounts • Experience selling into HR, Benefits, People and/or Healthcare teams • Comfortability selling to Sr. Benefits Leaders and C-Suite at fortune 1000 companies • Managing influential consultants at large consulting firms • Achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently • Outstanding communication and closing skills • Experience with Salesforce CRM • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills • Passionate about Carrot’s mission to achieve fertility care for all • Experience selling employer health benefits into large enterprises • Navigating complicated benefits buying topics • Working with consulting firms supporting employers evaluations of new benefits
