Senior Product Marketing Manager (Redwood City, CA)

Job Description
• Market Analysis & Research • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape • Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product positioning and messaging • Product Positioning & Messaging • Develop clear and compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging • Create and maintain product marketing collateral, including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and website content • Go-to-Market Strategy • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and sales enablement, to ensure successful product launches • Sales Enablement • Work with Sales Enablement and Product Management to develop and deliver sales training materials, including product demos, competitive analysis, and objection handling guides • Support the sales team with tools and resources to enhance their ability to sell effectively • Demand Generation • Partner with the Demand Generation team to create and execute campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives • Develop and manage content for webinars, events, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives • Customer Advocacy • Engage with customers to gather feedback, build relationships, and develop case studies and testimonials • Act as a voice of the customer within the organization to inform product development and marketing strategies
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry • In-depth knowledge of TIP and CTI, Security Operations, SIEM, and SOAR technologies and market trends • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product positioning especially in the cybersecurity space • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving results in a matrixed environment • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, and other marketing automation and content management systems • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards • Technical background or understanding of cybersecurity technologies and threat landscapes
