Customer Success Manager
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead implementation of new customers as project manager • Serve as primary point of contact for new customer onboarding and training • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Act as a trusted advisor to customers • Gather and analyze customer feedback and metrics
Qualifications
• Software CSM experience is a must • Salesforce experience • Experience with upsells and renewals
