Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Hotels Flexibility (100% Remote US or CAN)

Job Description

• Your primary responsibility will be to enhance existing machine learning pricing models and to develop and deploy new frameworks to improve our product pricing. • This role involves working with Hopper's fintech products and focuses on delivering these products to millions of travelers worldwide. • You will be responsible for the entire development, deployment, and performance tracking of models across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of solving complex problems with in-depth understanding of data, product, and business impact • High attention to detail and ability to create scalable data solutions • Strong creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking competencies • Ability to effectively communicate pricing decisions and performance to executive-level stakeholders • Designed, implemented, and deployed pricing models into production using modern technologies • Fluency in using SQL for data creation, maintenance, and analysis • High proficiency in Python, ML workflows, and ETL pipeline exposure. • Experience with data visualization to convey ML models behavior and business insights • Worked on a consumer product and has shipped high impact models at scale
