Senior Technical Sourcer

Job Description

• Developing and executing a hiring strategy in consultation with leadership team • Achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics for sourcing, screens and accepted offers • Creating, engaging and nurturing a network of technical talent in the San Francisco Bay Area • Conducting initial screens with all technical talent and working closely with them throughout the interview process • Consulting with our engineering team and hiring mangers on changes or improvements to the interview process to ensure the best results and conversions • Advertising jobs, screening applicants, following up appropriately and managing external platforms and communications • Scheduling interviews and tracking everything accurately in Lever, our ATS • Communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process to provide updates, make sure nothing slips through the cracks, an ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a demonstrated track record of achieving hiring goals • A deep understanding of the technical talent landscape, specifically software engineers, product designers and product managers • Experience recruiting for an early-stage company that is still in the process of building their brand • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency • Experience working at a startup and in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Agency recruiting experience is also a plus! • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to communicate the company’s vision and mission • The desire to help build something from the ground up! • Please Note: This position is fully onsite in our San Francisco office 5 days per week
