Vice President, Brand Marketing

Job Description

• Responsible for taking Gong’s brand to the next level and developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy. • Lead the creation of a compelling brand narrative that resonates with the target audience and differentiates from competitors. • Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for each event to ensure alignment with business goals. • Lead and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS experience preferred) with a strong, demonstrable focus on brand marketing. • Strong problem-solving skills to help breathe new life into the Gong brand. • Ideally, experience at a company with ARR > $500M. • Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. • A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment. • A self-driven, high-energy leader with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. • Someone who flourishes when given responsibility and a sense of ownership.
