Compliance Program Manager

Job Description

• Develop and certify hardware solutions that enable autonomous flight technology • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals and compliance milestones • Manage compliance and certification programs • Select and manage external test vendors • Identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of managing compliance programs for specific products • In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations • Exceptional communication skills • Relentless attention to detail • Ability to adapt to technical changes and manage compliance • Ability to remain flexible, calm, and creative in the face of uncertainty • Passion for hands-on work

Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $140,000-220,000 • Benefit plans and a variety of incentives and stipends
