Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $102,375 - $156,975 a year
Job Description
• Actively managing customer happiness and renewal • Establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers • Developing and executing strategic account plans • Forecasting and identifying risk for customer renewals • Becoming an expert on 6sense predictive engine • Partnering with technical CSM and Program Managers • Advocating for customer product feature priorities • Building customer advocates for references and success stories • Juggling multiple projects and scaling while having fun
Qualifications
• 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience • Experience working with global 1000 Enterprise customers • Experience advising customers including CxOs on best use of SaaS platforms • Experience working closely with B2B demand gen and marketing teams • BA/BS degree is required
