Senior Engineering Manager - Remote East Coast US

Job Description

• As Senior Engineering Manager at Syrup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology organization and driving the growth of our engineering group. This role presents a unique opportunity to build, lead, and mentor a world-class technology team that will define the future of our AI-powered inventory platform. You will collaborate closely with product management, cross-functional teams, and company leadership to deliver on engineering goals, refine processes, and ensure the successful execution of both short and long-term product development milestones.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of at least 10 years delivering impactful large-scale data-centric SaaS products, ideally in an enterprise B2B space. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and proven leadership experience in a fast-paced startup environment. You have successfully built new products from the ground up and led critical cross-team initiatives. • Led teams to make the hard calls between building it fast and building for the longer-term. You have strong technical judgment and know when to step in and when to delegate. You have a bias for action and are self-directed. • At least 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in machine learning, data processing, or application development (see our open engineering roles for details).
