Communications Operations Specialist

Job Description

• Design, build, and own operational workflows for Communications Teams across Palantir. • Successfully drive projects, programs, and events from scoping to completion — clearly communicating prioritization and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders, and building constructive, high-trust relationships across teams and functions. • Work directly with external stakeholders, as well as internal teams (e.g. Legal, Data Protection, Information Security, Finance, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Recruiting, etc.) to coordinate the full life cycle for event logistics, contracts, and payments. • Research and onboard new resources to scale team’s reach.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and problem-solving skills. You should be able to anticipate challenges and complications, multitask in a rapidly-changing environment, and use good judgement in making appropriate tradeoffs when executing on competing priorities. • A creative approach to project management centered around lightweight frameworks that enable rapid iteration and low-overhead methods of keeping our partnering teams informed. • Strong attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics and reporting. • Experience with project and event management software; proficiency with Jira and Splash is a plus. • Experience with procurement platforms; proficiency in Coupa and Docusign is a plus.
