Strategic Finance Manager (FP&A)

Job Description

• Develop and own the Company’s financial model and expense models • Partner with senior leaders to understand key company initiatives, level of investment, and ROI. This role will be responsible for ensuring company resources are allocated efficiently to drive durable, profitable growth • Partner with marketing to build out LTV/CAC models to drive profitable growth • Own monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting of financial metrics including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and drivers are understood and highlighted • Support the Company’s short and long-term financial planning processes/cycles, including annual operating plans, budgets, re-forecasts, multi-year plans, etc. • Identify and implement changes to continually improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of planning & analysis activities • Ensure that the various reporting systems and source data are accurate and reconciled

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in investment banking/private equity, followed by finance/FP&A in a rigorous environment (e.g. high growth technology company) • Demonstrated experience in developing complex financial models; excellent quantitative analysis and forecasting skills • Strong communication and presentation skills, can easily present complex financial issues to non-finance executives • Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, ability to drive operational excellence within a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and the ability to multitask
