Salary: $107,700 - $161,500 a year

Job Description

• Manage the pipeline of Live Service games and franchises • Build ways of working to address challenges in a seasonal ecosystem • Track and report on support services results • Partner with technology teams for aligned support solutions • Analyze and make data-driven recommendations • Understand player needs, pain points, and preferences for support

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programmes with globally distributed teams • Ability to manage ambiguity and negotiate through challenging circumstances • Proven experience leading and managing a programme • Strong people management skills • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Thorough understanding of Online Safety • Love of gaming and experience in online communities
