Staff Developer, Authentication Experience

Job Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans

Encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving within the team. • Spearhead the development of secure authentication systems, working in collaboration with partners to ensure the highest level of security and compliance with industry standards.
