Job Location: Bay Area, California
Salary: $101,000 - $151,000 a year

Qualifications
• 5-6 years of administrative experience; experience supporting a C-Suite Executive a plus; scientific or finance background a plus. • Excellent calendar management and proactive planning skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with highly sensitive information • Demonstrate good judgment and excellent attention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction • Strong organizational skills, business acumen, and timely follow-through • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Exemplary interpersonal skills, including relationship development, trust building and the ability to display tact, courtesy, and a high level of professionalism in all situations • Takes initiative, regularly identifies process improvements and ways to streamline complex efforts • Ability to recognize and anticipate problems before they manifest / mitigate with appropriate remedies and follow-up as needed • Possess a "can do" attitude and comfortable operating as part of a greater team of administrative assistants that support one another • Ability to remain calm under pressure and balance multiple priorities in an ever changing environment • Ability to research topics and effectively synthesize information. • Advanced knowledge of computer programs and Google Docs; highly adept at using technology for efficiency and efficacy • Able to work in a hybrid capacity - onsite Tues - Thurs in our Sunnyvale, CA office
