Product Lead, Core Platform

Job Description

• Responsible for delivering an engaging DTC offering rooted in genetics and health data • Lead the Core Platform team to empower customers with tools for genetic exploration and health management • Drive investments in security and privacy • Shape information architecture of products across web and mobile • Drive pipeline of product features and enhancements, refine priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management • 5+ years experience leading a team of product managers • 4+ years of experience in user-centric design • Strong analytical skills including A/B testing • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience navigating highly regulated industries • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business objectives into successful consumer products • Independent and proactive leadership
