Sr. UX Researcher - ArcGIS Online

Job Description

• Lead exploratory and evaluative research projects using a variety of methodologies • Partner with product and design leadership • Draw on multiple sources and types of data to identify and answer research questions • Be a human-centered research and design advocate • Contribute to internal processes to improve research abilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting and leading user experience research on enterprise software products • Expert-level knowledge of qualitative, participatory, and mixed-method research methodologies • Bachelor's in human-computer interaction, information science, anthropology, psychology, sociology, or related field • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
