Senior Customer Success Manager, EV Charging
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical distributors • Identify opportunities to increase sales through distributor channels • Negotiate and manage distributor agreements • Conduct market research and provide insights based on analysis • Provide training and support to distributors • Prepare reports on distributor performance and market trends
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the electrical distribution industry • Strong understanding of electrical distribution channels and market dynamics • Proven track record of achieving sales targets • Experience managing an annual book of business of $1M+ • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel as required
