Head of Customer Success, EV Charging
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Lead and manage key accounts and channel partnership strategy • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing and nurturing relationships • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities • Conduct market research and provide strategic insights • Oversee training programs for distributors and resellers • Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum 10 years of sales/account management experience in electrical distribution industry • 3+ years in account management or sales roles for SaaS business • Strong understanding of electrical distribution channels and market dynamics • Track record managing a book of business of $5M+ • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel as required to meet with distributors and attend industry events
