Director of Channel Partnerships, Distribution
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Lead channel partnership strategy to maximize sales • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities • Represent company at industry events • Provide training programs for distributors • Establish KPIs and metrics for performance
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management within the electrical distribution industry • 3+ years of account management or sales roles for a SaaS business • Strong understanding of electrical distribution channels and market dynamics • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful partnerships • Track record managing a book of business of $5M+ • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel as required to meet with distributors and attend industry events
