Director, Product Management, PSS Live Services

Job Description

• Work as part of the central Live Services team • Lead a small central team collaborating with game studios and other partners • Help build, launch, and manage successful live service games • Help studios build out top-notch embedded capabilities

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product management and/or live service design focused on feature development and live operations • Seasoned people leader • Demonstrated track record of success driving initiatives • Expert data fluency • Experience with game economy and/or monetization modeling • Diverse development experience spanning different types of games, genres, and business models • Expert navigator between creative and insights • Expertise and a wealth of knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape • Ability to understand, conceptualize, and improve the design of game systems, features, and mechanics • Experience working across products at different development stages • Experience working with publishing partners • Experience partnering with leadership/executives at a studio and publishing level
