• Assist customers with tax-related questions through outbound calls and emails • Lead customers through escalated issues for high customer satisfaction • Support customers with payroll tax jurisdiction account information and updates • Correspond with tax agencies regarding tax notices and inquiries • Collaborate with internal operations team and tax agencies • Assist in tax filings and special projects

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer satisfaction • 2+ years of prior payroll service bureau experience • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite • Experience working with sensitive information
