Senior Product Manager, Growth

Job Description

• Provide effective communication, leadership, and customer-centric approach • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement product initiatives • Collaborate with teams to create impactful user experiences • Lead PLG Engineering and UX teams to design and implement growth strategies • Conduct data analysis and oversee A/B tests to optimize product features • Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams • Work with product managers to prioritize product enhancements • Present growth performance and insights to senior management

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management • Data-driven and experience in executing growth strategies • Strategic thinker with customer-centric mindset • Experience working with engineering teams and in a Product Management team environment • Cross-functional collaboration skills • BS degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.
