Senior Product Manager, Growth

Job Description

• Provide effective communication, leadership, and a customer-centric approach to drive product improvements and achieve rapid growth • Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement product initiatives, from conception to execution • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to push the boundaries of technology and create impactful user experiences • Leading the PLG Engineering and UX teams to design and implement growth strategies that align with • Conducting extensive data analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor the effectiveness of growth initiatives • Overseeing the development and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features and user journeys • Collaborating with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts and consistent user experience • Working with portfolio product managers to prioritize product enhancements that drive user growth and retention • Regularly presenting growth performance and insights to senior management, informing strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management • Data-driven • Strategic thinker • Customer-centric mindset • Experience working directly with technical engineering teams • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills • BS degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus
