Technical Content Developer

Job Description

• Design educational content that helps customers and internal teams understand how to use Postman effectively • Identify customer product knowledge gaps and create internal assets, such as, outlines, scripts and demo flows to help produce effective content • Build in-product skill assessments that challenge a user and enhance their understanding of the subject matter • Work closely with other teams, including product, customer success, sales, and customer support, to ensure that training programs align with product updates and customer needs • Keep up-to-date with product updates and new features to ensure training programs reflect the most current information.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in API development, content development, technical writing or other relevant roles • Experience working in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, GitHub and RDBMS(PostgreSQL) • Postman experience is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Enjoy coordinating with both technical and non-technical colleagues • Ability to facilitate a resolution to complex technical issues • Passion for operationalizing, reporting on and continuously improving customer experiences at scale • Consistent track record of successfully handling stakeholder relationships • Highly organized, with proven ability to work autonomously and run multiple projects at one time
