Salary: $200,000 - $235,000 a year

Job Description

• Ramp is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Recruiting • Incredible opportunity to lead the team responsible for building and scaling the business functions at Ramp in our hyper-growth stage • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure the achievement of recruitment goals and objectives • Act as a culture carrier throughout the People and Talent organization to drive excellence and a high level of performance and engagement • Be a strong partner with senior leadership and direct hiring managers, people team members, and talent acquisition teammates to develop and adapt hiring strategies and processes to focus efforts on strategic business hiring priorities • Utilize talent analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process and improve the overall efficiency of your direct team as well as the broader talent team • Effectively leverage technology and drive standards throughout recruiting teams that improve recruiting productivity • Lead large cross-functional projects to improve hiring outcomes and overall productivity of the team including interviewer training, tool launch, process changes, or other talent roadmap initiatives

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years in recruiting with an emphasis on scaling an organization either on the technical or business side • A minimum of 3 years managing high-performing teams in high-growth environments • Experience with managing expectations and reporting out to senior leadership such as the CFO, General Counsel, CMO, and other business leaders • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with a companies objectives, and with a focus on continuous improvement • Analytical rigor and ability to proactively drive clarity with data • Proven operational excellence and attention to detail • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with a level of ambiguity
