Job Description

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from various channels including email, web forms, and social media • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they align with our target market and product offerings • Provide initial product information and value proposition to potential customers • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign details and lead generation efforts • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings between qualified leads and the sales team • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking interactions and lead progress • Continuously seek to improve knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape • May involve handling sensitive personal data

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales development in a B2B SaaS company • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead qualification processes • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to engaging new customers
