Senior People Operations Generalist

Job Description

• The Sr. People Operations Generalist is essential to help with our next phase of growth • You will help us build and operate our People systems, processes and practices to support our employees by driving operational efficiency and contributing to a positive employee experience

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, preferably working in a startup environment • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures • Outstanding knowledge of GSuite; HRIS systems (e.g. BambooHR) will be a plus • Excellent communication and people skills • Enthusiasm for operational improvements • Ability to balance priorities and good judgment • Culture champion
