Product Marketing Lead, Webflow Ecosystem & Marketplace

Job Description

• Partner with the product team to develop and implement a world-class product go-to-market and launch strategy • Leverage expert understanding of Webflow’s products, use cases, and competitive markets to drive unique market positioning, messaging & sales strategies • Lead customer interviews/market research and redefine our view of the competitive landscape to influence decisions regarding the roadmap and go-to-market strategy • Evaluate and optimize team processes and frameworks to improve the effectiveness of product launches and cross-functional collaboration • Develop and communicate Webflow’s value proposition through training and marketing materials that support lead-nurturing, conversion, and customer retention efforts • Work cross-functionally with sales and growth teams to meet revenue and customer goals • Build and deliver on Ecosystem product, marketing and sales initiatives that support Webflow's overall growth • Drive cross-functional projects and alignment on Webflow Marketplace • Support product and marketing leadership on key updates to the Executive Leadership team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Technical Communications or related field • 5 years of experience in a related Product Marketing role • 3 years of experience in Launching lifecycle marketing programs • 2 years of experience in Webflow, Figma and Amplitude
