Outbound Sales Manager
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Job Description
• Lead a dynamic team of financial advisors dedicated to prospecting and educating investors on the unique benefits of art as a valuable asset class • Optimize call scripts, live call coaching, and refine outbound processes to enhance effectiveness • Recruit, train, and develop talent to deliver exceptional results • Implement and monitor daily metrics to achieve key performance indicators
Qualifications
• 5+ years of managing a financial advisor or brokerage team • 3+ years managing teams greater than 10 people • Proficiency in sales CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar platforms • Demonstrated aggressiveness, analytical prowess, and strong organizational skills • Startup experience is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Series 65 or (Series 7 + 66) licenses required • Must be eligible to work in the US - no exceptions • Must be able to work out of our NYC office
