Head of Global Partnerships
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business partnership strategy that aligns with 3E's overall business goals and growth targets • Identify and prioritize potential partners based on strategic fit, market potential, and revenue opportunities • Leverage our modernized API infrastructure to deliver 3E’s proprietary content and data through channel partnerships • Foster channel relationships to enhance distribution and reach, optimizing the ecosystem for 3E's solutions and services. • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders of potential and existing partners • Structure, negotiate, and close multi-year, high-value B2B agreements, ensuring that they are mutually beneficial and create value for both parties • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and business lines to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities. • Analyze partnership performance and provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics including revenue, customer acquisition, and retention • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovation within the organization • Represent 3E at industry events, conferences, and other public forums • Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree • 10+ years of industry experience in partnerships or business development in the HSE/ EHS/ ESG compliance or information management • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies that have driven revenue growth and expanded market reach • Experience closing six-figure or larger sized deals with longer sales cycles (6-18 months) • Robust negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in HSE/EHS compliance and information management • Experience managing and mentoring a team of partnership professionals
