Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive and results-oriented mindset • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to analyze data and metrics • Experience using software tools like Salesforce, Looker, Retool • Strong understanding of the startup lifecycle • Passion for startups • Location: SF or New York, in office twice a week
