Relationship Manager

Job Description

• Relationship Manager role for Startups and Growth team • Provide resources, guidance, and support to Startup and Growth clients • Engage with clients, develop success plans, gather feedback, and connect with resources and community • Measure and track KPIs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive and results-oriented mindset • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to analyze data and metrics • Experience using software tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Retool • Strong understanding of the startup lifecycle and challenges faced by startups • Passion for startups • Location-based requirements: based in SF or New York, in-office twice a week

Benefits

• Expected OTE range of $172,000-$215,000 • Overtime pay for exceeding standard work week hours • Base compensation and commissions included
