Senior Software Engineer - Frontend

Job Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial software development experience designing, building, and operating frontend applications. • Comprehensive programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript along with modern frontend frameworks and libraries • Robust skills in HTML and CSS best practices, including inner workings of the DOM, iFrames, and security features • Insights and intrigue in building high performance secure client side applications nested within critical components of partners multi-page and single-page applications • Learn quickly: demonstrated ability to quickly understand and absorb new information. Passion for technology and eager to dive-in to figure out how things work • Problem solving skills: able to use first principles - using both qualitative and quantitative data - to solve complex problems • Leadership: mentor & help organize engineering contributors, work with the product team to gather requirements & measure tradeoffs efficient and productive manner, understanding business logic and be able to translate into appropriate technical solutions
