Job Description

• You will independently partner with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced Agile environment, participating in every stage of the design and build process – from research, journey mapping, user flows, and exploratory design sprints to wireframing, prototyping, delivery of high-fidelity designs, and iteration with product and engineering through the development process. • Take responsibility for the UX design process, defining best practices, standards, and methodologies that enable us to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences consistently. • Manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Drive innovation by exploring new ideas, technologies, and design trends that have the potential to enhance our digital experiences and differentiate our brands in the marketplace. • Conduct usability testing and research to identify pain points and areas for improvement, iterating on designs to optimize the user experience. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, identifying user needs and business requirements. • Use a data-driven approach to problem-solving, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your experience creating user-centered design solutions. • Should have 3+ years of experience in Enterprise UX (Enterprise) / Consumer design (Consumer) • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Excel, or other team management tools. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience with complex enterprise applications is a plus. A passion for fantastic user experience and empathy is a must.
