Senior Commercial Counsel
Job Location: Bay Area, California
Salary: $158,025 - $200,000 a year
Job Description
• Skydio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to support sales and business development teams • Responsible for drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements in the US and internationally • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Finance
Qualifications
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in at least one state bar • Ten (10) years of complex negotiations of commercial agreements in a law firm and/or in-house legal department • Great attention to detail and follow-through, extremely organized with a strong sense of priority, urgency, and commitment to deadlines
