Account Manager

Job Description

• Partner with a cross functional team and manage one of our global strategic accounts • Provide exceptional client service, uncover revenue generating opportunities and workable solutions to your customer • Persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your customer to understand how our product offerings can grow their business

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Account Management • 3+ years proven experience growing and scaling enterprise accounts and building senior leadership relationships • Proven experience growing and scaling key accounts and building executive relationships • Familiarity and first-hand knowledge in fintech, banking or payments • Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email) • Demonstrated ability to influence others in a matrix environment, gaining buy-in at multiple levels across the organization • Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter who is able to lead team independently • Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward manner
